Resend — Transactional email delivery for system notifications.
Aiven — Managed database hosting for secure data storage.
Render — Backend API hosting.
Cloudflare — Frontend hosting and SSL/TLS encryption in transit.
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.
All business data you enter into JobFlow NOW — customers, invoices, estimates, expenses, mileage, and reports — belongs to you. We do not access, analyze, or share your business data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) via Cloudflare to protect your data in transit. Data at rest is stored in a managed, encrypted database environment. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising. No ad networks have access to your usage data.
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export your records using the built-in data export feature.
You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. Use the built-in Export feature in your account for a complete data download. To request account deletion, contact us at support@jobflownow.app.
