When you create a MyTool NOW account, you provide basic account and business information, such as your name, email address, and business information.
While using MyTool NOW, you may also enter business records and other information into your account as needed to use the platform's features. This information is stored and processed by the platform to provide the services you choose to use. MyTool NOW does not routinely access, review, or monitor the contents of your business records.
Account and business information is used to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve MyTool NOW and to provide the features and services requested by subscribers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Business records entered into MyTool NOW are not sold or used by MyTool NOW for advertising purposes.
MyTool NOW uses trusted third-party service providers for services such as hosting and infrastructure, database storage, email delivery, security, and other functions necessary to operate the platform.
Stripe — Optional Payment Processing
MyTool NOW integrates with Stripe, allowing subscribers who choose to use the feature to accept electronic payments from their customers. Payment transactions and card information are processed securely by Stripe. MyTool NOW does not store or view customers' payment card information.

Information transmitted between your browser and MyTool NOW is protected in transit using TLS/HTTPS. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information stored and processed through the platform.
You retain ownership of the business records and information you enter into MyTool NOW, including customer information, invoices, estimates, and financial records. MyTool NOW does not claim ownership of your business records.
Active subscribers may use the platform's available data-export features to export supported business data.
MyTool NOW does not display third-party advertisements within the application and does not sell subscriber business records to advertisers.
The public MyTool NOW marketing website uses Meta Pixel to help measure website activity and the effectiveness of advertising. Meta Pixel may collect information through cookies or similar technologies, and information collected through Meta Pixel is subject to Meta's own privacy practices.
Account information and business records are retained while an account is active. Following cancellation or account closure, information may be retained for a limited period as reasonably necessary for account administration, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and routine backup processes. Information may subsequently be deleted in accordance with MyTool NOW's operational and legal requirements.
MyTool NOW uses technologies necessary for authentication, session management, security, and operation of the service, including browser storage where applicable.
