By accessing or using MyTool NOW, including mytoolnow.com and use.mytoolnow.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
MyTool NOW is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help service businesses and independent professionals manage the business side of their operations. Features may include customer records, estimates, invoices, payments, appointment scheduling, work orders, online booking, inventory, Canned Jobs, expenses, receipts, mileage, tax-related estimates and reporting, business reports, and other business-management tools.
Features may be updated, improved, added, modified, or discontinued as the service evolves.
MyTool NOW is offered as a monthly subscription for $29 per month unless MyTool NOW has specifically provided a different arrangement.
The standard subscription includes access to the available MyTool NOW application features and unlimited users without per-user fees.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges until the subscription is canceled.
MyTool NOW may offer different billing arrangements, promotional access, complimentary access, or lifetime access to certain accounts at its discretion. Those arrangements do not change the standard subscription terms for other subscribers.
Subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds or credits are not normally provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or when MyTool NOW confirms a billing error.

Subscribers retain ownership of the business records and information they enter into MyTool NOW. MyTool NOW does not claim ownership of subscriber business records.
MyTool NOW uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information stored and processed through the platform. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate records and are encouraged to use the available data-export features as appropriate for their business.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through Settings → Subscription in MyTool NOW.
After selecting Cancel, the subscriber is asked to confirm the cancellation. Once cancellation is confirmed, the subscription will not renew and access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. MyTool NOW will display the date through which access remains available.
No refund or credit is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified billing error.
You may not use MyTool NOW for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, systems, networks, infrastructure, or data; interfere with the operation or security of the service; introduce malicious code; or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
MyTool NOW is intended to provide reliable access to its services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet or hosting disruptions, third-party service interruptions, technical failures, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyTool NOW is not responsible for business losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
MyTool NOW includes tools that may calculate, organize, summarize, or display financial and tax-related information, including sales tax information, mileage deductions, profit and loss information, Schedule C preparation information, self-employment tax estimates, state income tax estimates, and other financial figures.
These tools and calculations are provided for informational, organizational, and planning purposes only.
MyTool NOW does not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Calculations and estimates may not reflect every law, rule, deduction, exemption, individual circumstance, or change applicable to a subscriber.
Subscribers remain responsible for verifying their records, filings, tax obligations, and financial decisions. Users should consult a qualified professional regarding their specific circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyTool NOW is not responsible for tax underpayments, penalties, filing errors, or financial decisions based on information or estimates displayed by the platform.
Certain MyTool NOW features rely on or integrate with third-party services, including optional payment processing through Stripe and other providers used to operate, secure, host, or deliver the service.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and requirements. MyTool NOW is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third-party services outside MyTool NOW's reasonable control.
MyTool NOW may update these Terms from time to time as the service, business, or applicable requirements change.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or other reasonable means when appropriate.
Continued use of MyTool NOW after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
